Sick!

Ah, well, the best plans....

I was sick as a dog on my trip. No running for me, I couldn't even get to sleep. I still feel terrible. Maybe hitting it so hard was not such a great idea. Flying with a congested nose really stinks. I hope I didn't make anyone else sick.
